Scoutmaster Minute: Leadership is transitional and constantly evolving. Today, the Troop’s new leadership endured gusty winds and little rain while making great strides in setting a vision for the next six months. This included the first official use of the CUMC Activity Field flag pole planned and installed by Benjamin Powers for his Eagle project. Awesome. The Scouts benefitted from some excellent peer leadership provided by Hiroki Cook, Jacob Major, Matthew Sezen, Jonathan Lee, Henry Jobe and Benjamin Powers. These young men are ready to take the lead which officially commences at the Court of Honor on Tuesday evening…look forward to seeing you all there.
The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things.
