Scoutmaster Minute: Awesome weekend…another sucessful Mission Impossible in the books for Troop 893. Simply the Best. We had a great turnout from multiple Packs and the Scouts, Boys & Girls Troop, did a really nice job with all the stations we set up to introduce them to our 893 family. The weather was exceptional and the evening patrol competitions that ASM DJ Treat prepared brought out the best in everyone. The competion dinners generally we pretty good and revaled potential for the future. I do have to give a nod to the special Scoutmaster Pancake made by the PhoenixShark…very tasty.

1. This Week NOV 3: Restoration 101 (ALL) @ Activity Field
Uniform – Class B
Even though we reviewed proper food safety and camp cleanup during the Public Health MB a few weeks, we need a small refresher course. All Scouts, especially those that attended Mission Impossible, are expected to report to the Activity Field. Each Patrol will break down their chuck box and proceed to wash & dry all items. Everyone will get their hands wet to ensure they can properly demonstrate the skills necessary to maintain Troop/Patrol equipment. No Exceptions.
This is also a perfect meeting to return Troop tents or rain flys that ideally were hung out to dry on Sunday.Nothing should ever come back wet.
